I used this app to add Beer Subscription Boxes to my brewery's webstore with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription options. I was able to set-up and integrate the app into the store by myself, with the help of their installation guide, very easily. I had one problem with a link on the subscriptions dashboard not appearing properly. After messaging on the app's chat function, someone addressed and fixed the issue in a matter of hours. I was surprised because I run a purchased theme that is not in the list of themes the app expressly supports and expected to be directed to a "shopify expert". The integration looks very slick from a customer's view point and the back end is very intuitive. The only function I would add, is to give the subscriber the option of choosing the start date of their subscription. For example, if someone purchases a subscription for someone else as a Christmas gift in November, an option to post-date the first order until December 20th would be helpful.

Tech support is awesome I love the fact they include pictures of your site along with instructions.

I had tried a couple of subscription apps, but they were a bit clunky in terms of how they interfaced with my store and the checkout process. This one integrates really seamlessly. It's also simple to set up, and when I did have questions, PayWhirl's support was quick and helpful.

I am so excited to use this app and the customer service is fantastic! Most of the automatic snippet installs worked with my theme, but two didn't (due to my theme not the app), so I contacted customer service, heard from them in less than 12 hours and they had it fixed for me for free within a short time.

After waiting patiently for many years, finally, a perfect native recurring subscription solution has arrived for Shopify! With some tweaks, it was even possible to use it with our custom add to cart functions. Absolutely amazing, thank you guys for being so quick to release this!

Took a little while to set up because of time difference and my inability to work with code. But the customer service has been absolutely top notch from the very beginning. Almost feels like a crime being able to use this feature for free (for now of course).

I used this app to help our store get started with subscriptions. I've tried to set up with Bold and ReCharge before, but they weren't easily compatible because they weren't friendly with our Webkul Multi-vendor app. PayWhirl was very simple to get started with; I reached out to their support chat once I got stuck with the code for my shopping cart, and Ryan did an excellent job helping me get set up completely. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, he worked through several obstacles efficiently, he kept me informed on what he was doing the whole time, and he even offered good suggestions on our subscription plan titles. He exceeded my expectations of customer support, and he is the reason I am able to run subscriptions on my website now. Their awesome support team is the reason I can get set up with PayWhirl, where I couldn't with Bold or ReCharge. I definitely recommend setting up with this newer recurring subscriptions app.

Just installed PayWhirl - reasonably simple - did encounter some installation problems, although I'm not tech savvy. PayWhirl has a really good user interface and the support is amazing. The support team helped me to get this project over the line which I am extremely grateful for. For this project we looked at the top 3 subscription apps and these guys were the best.

I wanted to add a monthly subscription option to my website and after a few app installations and not much luck, I decided to try this one. Was very easy (compared to others) to achieve what I wanted but I had a few questions. Ryan was a HUGE help and took care of setup for me as I couldn't get the subscription plan to work properly. The timing of this app was absolutely perfect. Upon seeing the promos, I immediately looked into it and added it to a product in my store. The details were pretty clear on set-up, but needed some guidance. Ryan was superb in providing guidance on the front-end and supporting the set-up and making sure everything was set-up as anticipated. Highly recommend adding this app to store. Essentialgifting

I do not understand technology, I press buttons, click things, and pray it does what I want. Sometimes it works. This time it did not. Thank god for my new bestie, my new ride or die, Ryan, who quite literally did magic and took my babbling and turned it into an actual functional thing. I could cry with relief. Truly THE BEST customer service from any Shopify app I have used or tried.
