Abbastanza macchinosa da capire, ci sono tanti fattori di cui tenere conto, e non da comunque un supporto totale alle esigenze riguardanti i resi. Bisogna ad ogni modo procurarsi un corriere ed effettuare la spedizione con loro, non tramite l'app ParcelPanel. Il supporto clienti è però ottimo e sempre disponibile ad ogni ora e per ogni esigenza.

If I could give 100 Stars for this App, I would. We can't fault the amazing and we mean AMAZING customer service and support. Developers who truly listen to the needs of their customers with updates flowing through within days or actively working on them. We turned to this App because other "return" apps just didn't meet our needs for us to be able to provide a seamless customer experience, but Parcel Panel Returns & Exchanges has filled the gap in the market. Thank You!!

The App is easy to use, Sunny the product manager talked to me about their Early adopter program, I gave feedback on my needs and I look forward to the extremely fast updates of the App to support the growth of my business, I will be using it with the INSURANCE app, which is currently free and I highly recommend it;

Setting it up was easy. I was able to follow instructions without assistance. So far it seems to meet the needs of my business, but it's still early days.
