Excellent Support team. They can do anything they can to have this app personalized for your requirements. Overall this app is great for adding an out of the box tracking system on your shop. Its lacks a few things like a few logistic companies still not trackable through this app, there is no way to add custom text and many things are just fixed you can't change for now.

As a small start-up store using a paid-theme and limited technical skills, I had some integration issues with AfterShip so I made the switch and had no issues with set-up. It has been a few months and so far so good. Besides from functionality, what I can really vouch for is their prompt customer service. If I have any issues or questions they are just a click away.

Super fijne chat support. Erg behulpzaam en meedenkend. Ze kunnen echter niet meer zien dan de tracking link weergeeft. Ze zijn er puur voor het syncen van de info van de carrier naar je website.
