I love the Parcel Panel app, it's very easy to use and customise, probably the best app to track orders. And foremost, the support is AMAZING, they are just so dedicated to help you and will do anything to solve any issues you might have. I had especially a wonderful experience with Lara who was so kind, attentive and committed to bring me all the help I needed and answer all my questions, huge thank to Lara who was absolutely great!

I used this app for order tracking. It reduces my work a lot instead of having to reply for order status from customers as shipping status is displayed once customer key in the tracking no on my website. Support staff Lara has been very kind and helpful in introducing this feature. Amazing support.
