I've been using this app for about a week and have created 2 pages. There is a learning curve and sometimes I have trouble getting it to look the way I want but the support has been awesome. Not sure what hours they work but if they are not available at that time, I just leave a message and they get back to me within a few hours. So far I love the way the pages look and I am sure once I get better at the app, it will be easier to manipulate things. Update: I have now been using the app for 6 months and I love their customer support. Yes, they work strange hours but they work with me until they get my issue resolved (which is typically due to my lack of understanding of the app) but I am getting much better. I love that I can change my pages on a daily basis if desired. I would give tech support 10 stars if i could! :)

This app does a pretty good job for everything it talks about. For a developer to customize code it not that great. I wanted to create a custom code that I could apply to all pages so that I don't repeat myself. Unfortunately, there is no option to do it. Other than this, it is a fantastic app and I am quite happy using it.

I love what I am able to do with this app. The site is very user-friendly and I have used this app on several of my Shopify stores. There are times I have to wait a bit to get a hold of someone on their chat support but when they get back to me, they are always super helpful. I have been greatly impressed with Randy and Touqir. They know their stuff.

PageFly has been very easy to use, very versatile, and when I needed a quick answer I got a hold of Sami with customer support and my techy questions were answered immediately. Thank You PageFly! - Just had another great customer support session with Touqir. He bailed me out and did it for me when I messed some layout issues up. Thank You, you convince me over and over I made the right choice!

The app is really easy to use. Customer service is amazing,There responded to me in just a second and helped me for the question.They are very professional.

I'm on the second day of my trial and it's really awesome so far. I had a question and Sami in the live chat was super quick to help me out. This is going to save me a ton of time and make my pages look and feel great to the user. 5 stars all the way!

The app is really easy to use and it's great that it has a free version. Customer service is amazing, the guys who helped me solve my problem were really nice and professional.

Lots of features, and excellent support (especially Sami). Being able to choose what content displays on what devices is really good for optimising your pages.

This app is better then the other page building apps. Great selection, easy to use, and a fast responding customer service team. If your trying to make your store stand out, I recommend this over buying a theme ANY DAY!

We have used Pagefly on our product page and increased conversion by nearly 4%, it's definitely worth the money and Sami on the customer service team goes above and beyond all expectations. Its also really easy to use for retailers and could to the whole page myself!
