They are always available to help you and the response time is ridiculously quick every single time. My feedback is always taken on board - they are always looking to improve their App with feedback from real user like myself which is priceless. I gain and so do they. Keep up the good work guys

PageFly is a fantastic app and I highly recommend it.. I went through several different themes trying to creating the look and functionality I had envisioned for my homepage to no avail.. The possibilities with PageFly on the other hand are endless and allowed me to create my website despite little knowledge and experience.. Moreover, PageFly's tech support is the best. They respond immediately and are very helpful. I only wish I had found this app sooner!

I've used PageFly for two stores now, this being my second - and they keep getting better and better over the years. The expansive documentation, quick customer support, support team going the extra mile - I have never contacted them or filed a support ticket without being completely satisfied in the end.

I was surprised by how good their customer service is, even as a user that is not yet premium. I highly recommend this application not only for that, but also for how easy it is to create pages. I'd like they optimize the builder a bit more and it would be great if they had more templates, for shorting my time to do some things. I am really considering being your customer for much longer. I do not have a lot of experience. And your agent was very helpful and guided me thru the process so I can understand. Im certain I am annoying since I am not tech smart. But he was kind the entire time. I look forward to creating a lot of cool things.

I have been using Pagefly for almost a year in my storefront. It has given me the tools to be able to customize pages on our website that were not available through my current theme. For someone who does not code, this is easy to use and they are always coming out with new features. The support has always gone above and beyond to help out with any issues I might have even when they are the users fault! I highly recommend Pagefly to anyone who wants more control over the look of their website or storefront.

I'm currently using PageFly to improve the layout of my shop, and it's been a dream. I'm not much of a designer/programmer, so there was a bit of a learning curve but their customer service is quick and helpful with any problems or questions you might have (they also have a bunch of helpful youtube videos available). With enough imagination, you can create some stunning results from this app. Best part is that there's no coding necessary - which helps us save costs by not having to hire a web developer/designer.

The application is great but the best part is the support. I have used it on several occasions and they solve the problem quickly. It's a pleasure to use it.

New to Shopify and PageFly is the first app I used to build various pages for my store. It's pretty easy to use once you get familiar with it and their support team is super friendly and efficient. People without web design knowledge might find some of the features on the interface a bit difficult to understand though. But you can always talk to support and they usually reply very quickly.

Good service! I have been helped many many times, with good sources and tools to make sure I have understood and have been helped!

To be totally fair I would rate at 4.5 stars, though I have only been using the free version for 6 days. Has been very good though not 100% intuitive to use. Still having some formatting issues and did believe that when set to "All Displays" that I wouldn't need to individually set up page for Mobile, Tablet etc. A niggle rather than a big issue. It is these few niggles that make me want to drop 0.5 stars. However the response from customer service, via their Chat facility, has been exemplary and I cannot fault them. A great app but not perfect but then what is?
