I love this app, but most of all I want to thank Lucian. He is EXTREMELY helpful. I am on the free plan currently, and when I had issues with how my page looked, he sorted them out STRAIGHT AWAY. No problems at all. 10/10 service. Especially considering this is the free plan, the fact he could provide web development free of charge is incredible. If i could give 100 stars I would. Outstanding. If you ever need help, request Lucian he is a legend.

Very good but Pagefly needs explanatory videos with audio in Portuguese. Competitors have videos in Portuguese so it's easier!

I love PageFly for two reasons: solution and people. First of all, PageFly so far suffices 99% of our needs for creating customized Shopify pages. It is easy to use and very customizable. Secondly, PageFly's support is really 24/7 and very responsible, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's amazing to have such stellar support service during the pandemic. I have to give a specific compliment to a support engineer - Daisy who resolved three technical issues within 30 mins of time - saving me at least 3 days of work. I am definitely a lifetime customer of PageFly - Thank you!

This app has lots of great features. BUT. There is one extremely annoying aspect to it. There is a 24 hour chat service run by a bunch of people who are completely clueless. Every time I ask for help I lose hours of my time going round in circles with them, and regularly things end up worse than before. It is extremely frustrating, they are not properly trained and do not know what they are doing. It needs to be sorted out for this to be a good app.

PageFly is the best app for building Shopify pages. I run a blog named BoutiqueSetup where I test Shopify apps everyday, but this one is unbeatable. I like how they offer single page template, multi products template and regular templates, everything at one place. Their customer support is better then others. Stacy helped me setup my page and answered all my queries within minutes. Definitely recommend!

I do not understand anything about building websites, but with this app I get along great, a lot of templates are ready so it's fun and free

We have been using PageFly for some time. While we have enjoyed the interface, saved templates, and overall ease of use to fully design our Shopify pages, what has kept us as happy customers has been our interactions with Kate. She has worked very hard to help us overcome some technical issues we were having, and even though we have our own developers who could custom code pages with liquid, we continue to use PageFly because it is just so much faster! The page editor has many functions, it is SEO-friendly, fast loading speed, simple and clear operation. There is also a lot of support for third parties. The support response is very fast, usually within 1 minute

I am a complete novice with web building and all the helpline assistants have worked tirelessly to help my achieve what I need to for my website. They are incredibly patient and understand of ability level and don't stop until the job is done. Today I had Kevin and he was absolutely brilliant! Fantastic service thank you Pagefly team!

Pagefly is amazing but Pagefly support is even better! Today Ken helped me fix my issue with the cart drawer. He even went into my Shopify theme and fixed the delay issue I had. The support is instant (within a few minutes or even seconds someone answer) and the developpers are great! Really amazing support and you def. need good support when building your shop with pagefly!

This app is a game changer! I haven't been driving too much content because Shopify seriously lacks in design/page/blog features. I already have 2 pages in the works from PageFly and received super fast and friendly help from Emad! I would love to see maybe one more membership level for those people just needing to supplement some pages, but its probably worth it to have a paid membership. I have tried 2 page builders before, one was very laggy and the other was not intuitive. This checks all the boxes— its going to do wonders for my business! Thank you Emad!
