I've been using PageFly for about 7 months now and hadn't experienced issues until today because of their recent update, so I reached out to customer service for help and they went above and beyond to help me out! In particular, I want to highlight my experience with Cookie. She was seriously so quick, helpful, kind, and courteous with all her responses and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Since she was so helpful, I ended up asking her to fix several small things including a feature from another app that for some reason, they [the developer of that app] told me was impossible to do. I didn't expect Cookie to be able to do it and she fixed/formatted it exactly how I wanted in literally 5 minutes. If you ever need help with anything, fingers crossed you get her because she was awesome to work with. Thank you so much Cookie! :D <3

When you install the app, you not only get a great app but also unbelievably good customer service. The best of all the apps I've downloaded. 5 star worthy

This app has allowed me to create the online store I always wanted. Definitely needed as you are restricted with what you can do with Shopify alone. However, the thing that blew me away with this app was the support. There are no long waiting lists, you can jump on a chat with support and a friendly, helpful individual will reply to you instantly. I can't believe how helpful they are, and how easily they can solve any problems you may be having. This app is perfect for anyone who: - Wants to improve the design of there Shopify site - Wants more customising options for their Shopify site - May not be experienced in web design - Requires support whenever they need it. I think the service of this application is great, the best service of all applications! The staff followed up the question very promptly and provided me with great help. I use the app to create landing pages for products I want customer focus on. Does take some practice to learn the app however the customer support is excellent. The response time is almost instantaneous and they help you learn how to use the product.

Updating my rating to 5 stars: because although I still think some other apps are easier to use the support team at page fly is amazing. Angel always helps me so fast and takes the time to send me videos on how to fix things myself also. Also the fact that the app offers a free option is just so amazing :) Original: The customer service of this app is fantastic! I chatted them for some assistance and got a response within minutes! That is so important for me when I am working on my store. The app in itself is pretty good with many features. I feel like it is more complex than it needs to be, I've used other page apps that are a little easier to use but they also didn't have a free option and were much more expensive, so I don't mind figuring out some of the features of pagefly with the pricing plans they offer. Overall, it is a great option for anyone trying to build out the pages of their store.

This is a brilliant app to easily design pages. Shopify is quite limited in design, but PageFly makes it so much easier, drag and drop elements to your page, what a joy to work with.

I love this apppp! This app makes it to easy to make the home page of your store look so fetch! The reason for the 5 stars is not because you can customize a home page for free, but because of the customer service. Fantastic customer service! I have been stumped over certain things several times and every time I run to their customer service live chat, they always help me with my problem. They are super patient and they do not just do everything for you; they give you a learning experience! The representatives that I have chatted with took a video of what to do and sent it tome so I could do it as well. Big felicitations to one of the representatives, Angel. He was so darn sweet and helpful. He really was an angel haha

PageFly solves the very unfriendly typesetting problem of shopify. PageFly is already very easy to use. If it can be more free, it will be perfect.

Amazing! First time using this app to create a custom product page and so far it is user friendly and the support was super helpful in advising me on the CSS styling. Im still learning but I will definitely be recommending this app to my clients.
