The service with this app is second to none. I've had Angel, Paula, and Gabriel all help me with stuff for multiple clients (yes at this point I know them by name ha) and seriously can't say enough for this product and the team. 5 Stars all the way.

Touquir the technical advisor was amazing. He works fast and efficiently. He was able to resolve all my issues. Its obvious he has a wealth of experience. This is the first time I have used this app and I am not a technical person so I was very grateful for Touquirs help and great customer service. It really helped me enjoy my experience with the app

I've been a huge fan of PageFly for some time, and their newest hit a lot of the production and layout items on my "wishlist" for this app. If you dont want to pay a developer to custom code pages in Liquid, this is the solution!

The Pagefly app is really great and easy to use. Anyone who has a Shopify shop should use Pagefly. All elements can be perfectly coordinated and also optimised for all devices such as mobile or tablet. The support is really incredibly good, friendly and fast. And they solve the problem. I am really thrilled and can highly recommend the app! I use the app for an online shop in Germany!

I used this app to build a blog page and a regular education page and they look amazing. The best page of this app is customer support. They respond immediately and their real-time assistance is so helpful. They created a video of them editing my page so I could follow the same steps. I am very happy I added this app, it has added real value to my website.

GO OUT if you have a BIG STORE. This only works for amateurs stores or with LOW TRAFFIC due problems resolution are too slow and there is PLENTY OF BUGS. IF you manage a BIG STORE... YOU'LL BE IN TROUBLES. NEW UPDATE 16th. April................................ The message received by operator speak it selfs........................." I'm still waiting for a response from our development team. As you may already know, the don't work on weekends so we may have to expect some delay in their response. (to do a find a replace text due users cant do it, and operators intermediate either) They have already been notified about your issue, and will reach you back as soon as possible. My sincere apology for the inconvenience. Your patience is much appreciated Update 16th April. Things are getting worst every day. Operators that don´t have the tools to assist customers after the new update realized by this company recently. Support replies fast.. yes BUT in 80% almost in cases we've received a message that they need forward the issue to the dev team and thats means 24h or MORE! We've discovered new incompatibilites with some apps installed that before their updates works perfectly. Now... NOT ANYMORE. For example, we use WISHLIST and there is a proper code in EVERY PAGE of us. Now, after PageFly Last updates code is not working anymore and we're tired to get always the same message: "Please allow me a couple of mins to see if I can reach anyone from our developmeant team to check on this issue"... and after a day still waiting that dev team will be cappable to do a "find a replace" code in theme... delaying obviously and getting harm seriously by this company. Please, just be careful if you have high traffic due in crash case.... you'll not get the help that you really need ON TIME. Operators are like robots forward 80-90% issues and getting waiting even Platinum customers as us. Let´s see what's next. :( Update 14th April. Sorry but can still voting even neutral due there is repeated issues. Also DEVELOPER team only works a few hours a day (free for 5pm! until next day). So.. if you need assistance on important matters, as for example your homepages has lost styles... simpley, you CAN´T and need to wait between 12-72 hours due weekends it does not works. GREAT! :( Now, for example is 2 pm here in Mexico BUT there is no one available until midnight so... = we can´t continue working because there is some stuff that must to be solved by tech team as, for example, try to figure out (really) why styles are losing everytime we made some modifications now on the new editor. MAN! If you want to run a GLOBAL business you have GLOBAL workers working for you anytime. And, even the support is pretty good for all most cases, you can´t be totally stopped due there is something that only is possible to fix for someone that only works from monday to friday a few hours. You have a lot of customers, your costs to increase your developer team will be rewarded with a (real) quality customers services and also helps A LOT to your customers don´t get stopped due there is something that it does not works at should be. (even repeated issues) Anyway... good luck! You're gonna to need it. Another customer affected by the last PageFly updates.............

[ GERMAN REVIEW ] Wie jeder, der im Leben mehr erreichen will, als die Gesellschaft einem vorgibt, traf ich auf das Thema Existenzgründung. Bei meiner Recherche über Business stieß ich auf die Stichworte Online Marketing und E-Commerce. Seine Produkte im Internet verkaufen und damit Geld verdienen? Das hörte sich für meinen unternehmerischen Geist ziemlich verlockend an. Doch was sollte ich verkaufen? Einen klassischen Dropshipping Store wollte ich nicht öffnen, weil dieses mir nicht liegt. Vielleicht eigene Produkte verkaufen? Bis ich damit einen ansehnlichen Umsatz erzielt habe, bin ich schon ein Greis. Und ich habe noch nicht einmal vom immensem Startkapital gesprochen, was man dafür benötigt. Digitale Produkte? Ja, ja das hört sich gut an. Einmal Schweiß und Blut opfern, und schon hat man ein Produkt, von denen man praktisch unendliche Kopien verkaufen kann. Also gut, digitale Produkte. Ich saß also nächtelang wach, plante, entwickelte, überlegte, stoß auf Probleme, löste diese und eines Tages, ehe ich mich versah, war es auch schon fertig. So stolz auf mich war ich das letzte Mal, als ich gelernt habe, Fahrrad zu fahren. Doch was bringt mir mein Meisterwerk, wenn es nicht an den Mann gebracht wird? Ein Shop musste her. Shopify war natürlich meine erste Anlaufstelle. Doch die Websiten auf Shopify sind nicht wirklich die allerschönsten, das ist jedem klar. Und bei der Konkurrenz, die ich hatte, musste mein Shop alle um Längen übertreffen. Ich wollte einfach der Beste auf meinem Gebiet sein. Doch wollte ich mich auch nicht mit Wordpress beschäftigen. Server, Host, Cloud.. das war mir alles viel zu viel Arbeit. Also suchte ich nach einem Website Builder, womit ich unkompliziert nach Belieben umändern kann. Denn ich hatte keine Ahnung vom Coden, weshalb ich auch einen auf Fiverr einstellte, damit er mir meine Website erstellt. Er meinte mir, dass es mit PageFly möglich ist, im Nachhinein kleine Korrekturen selber vorzunehmen, ohne einen Hauch an Wissen vom Coden zu haben. Alles schön und gut... bis der Coder abgesprungen ist. Also stand ich da mit einer halbfertigen Website und wusste nicht, wie ich es fertig stellen konnte. Mein Budget war praktisch ausgeschöpft und ich brauchte eine Lösung. Ich schrieb das Support Team an und erklärte meine Situation, woraufhin mir das Team von PageFly beim Fertigstellen meiner Website zur Seite stand. Ich war vom Service so fasziniert, dass ich sogar trotz meiner Situation ein großzügiges Trinkgeld anbot, einfach für die unglaubliche Hilfe, die das Team geleistet hat. Doch sie lehnten dieses dankend ab und halfen mir weiter, meine Website zu vollenden. Alle Fehler, die mir aufgefallen sind, wurden durch das Team innerhalb kürzester Zeit beseitigt. So ging es eine Woche weiter, bis meine Website komplett vollendet war. Ich kann meine Dankbarkeit nicht in Worten fassen und hoffe, dass ihr einfach damit erkennt, wie sehr ihr mich in meiner verzweifelten Situation gerettet habt. Einen gigantisches Lob an das PageFly Team und auf eine lange Zusammenarbeit!

PageFly is awesome! It increases your capabilities with Shopify significantly :) i can design my pages how i want, change certain pages and their service is the best. Fast response in chat, they help a lot when you cannot get something done and one guy even recorded a quick tutorial on how i can fix a problem myself. I'm still on the free plan and get this service! We're still small but would have no problem paying for the service when i need more pages!

While this is definitely an app that would work best if you have a more extensive understanding of code, the support team is awesome and help out with as much as they can possibly, which we appreciated a lot. We asked a lot of questions but they were kind to answer every single one, so thank you!

Best in class! Slight learning curve to begin, but they have plenty of videos and documentation to get you going. Support through chat is superb. If you're lucky you'll get Touqir! The best!
