I kept having issues with my mobile site and desktop site with pages not loading but Paula was great and helped me out very quickly and was able to get my site up and running!

I used this app to help me with the product page template , as I struggled with publishing the template to my Shopify theme, Paula went above and beyond and helped me with not only publishing by product template page but also took the time to help me with guiding me on where to change my contact info as well. Having a very good time with this. The chat support specifically is very good. Some of them are specially helpful, notably gabriel lucian, angel have beenvery helpful. They teah me as they mmake corrections for me at the back end. so far so good!

This app has really helped me with creating the exact website that I want, and has given me a lot more freedom than the regular Shopify editor. For me it was however a bit of a long learning curve in the beginning. There are some issues occasionally, but the chat support has always been incredibly fast, kind and helpful!
