Great and intuitive app, easy to handle and awesome customer service! Serves my current needs perfectly.

This app is great if you have some basic skills of design. I just saved like 1k from people that wanted to make a very quick change. Also customer service is very good. Specifically Touqir, helped me out on a Sunday afternoon.

Sadly I found the app extremely confusing and frustrating to use. This is not "drag and drop." The rows and columns system, margins, and many more things are super time-consuming, with a long learning curve. The templates provided are scarce, average, and mostly seasonal, so unless you are a true expert with hours and hours under your belt using this app and marketing knowledge, you will not build any "high converting" anything from scratch. I spent hours trying to design a product page until I gave up. I couldn't get anything more than Windows 95 look website. I wanted to add a banner, the image got cropped in ways I could never imagine, and it was impossible to display it fully since there is no button you can simply tick for this. I was super hyped about this app, but it has been a total disappointment. You have control over many things, yes, but in the end, all those things have control over you. UPDATE: After leaving my review, a member for support reached out (called me four times). I did not reinstall the app or anything like that, but you can see they care, so bumping 2 stars more.

As soon as I downgraded my plan after a year of using this app, my page editor stopped working and opening for any of my PageFly pages. I have been trying for a week to get customer service to take my seriously, even sending in videos showing the page editor won't open. Because it opens for them, they blew me off. I upgraded my account and still nothing. They are blaming my 4k monitor for the reason they can't help me. Although it has always worked fine with this monitor.. makes no sense. Now I either have to rebuild my homepage somewhere else or keep a page I can't edit. AFTER PAYING FOR A YEAR I HAVE TO JUST MOVE THE PAGE?

Pagefly adds Wordpress like page building to shopify's template based web experience. Allows for regular pages with any of your content to better present the products you are selling. Support is top notch! ask a question no matter how trivial and you will get a prompt useful response or better yet the problem resolved on their end.

Amazing app! It has all the features to make beautiful landing pages. The technical is always there to help if any thing happens. Highly recommended!

i used this the best thing about this app is their support team they will guide with any problem any conflict and if you want any additional feature they respond very quickly and solve the issues <3 working with them was a great experience

Faris was very helpful resolving my issue. We've been using PageFly to password protect our page before launch and it offers a lot more customization than Shopifys stock page. Would recommend!

I had trouble with customizing the page a certain way that I wanted. The live chat is responsive and are always willing to help.

I have found pagefly super easy and intuitive to transform the look and feel of my website. I was surprised at how quick I was able to build really effective pages. I cant find fault in this app at all!

whenever I have an issue (since me not a professional website builder), their amazing representatives such as Paula help me with whatever issue i need help with. Such as where to add code, moving elements, etc. Thank you:) I truly believe page fly is where it is due to the amazing help of their representatives such as Paula:)

The page builder is quite easy to use, the best thing is PageFly support is very helpful & available most of the time. Highly recommended. I wish they will add more features/elements to the page builder.

Really love the templates and all the changes that you can make. It is a total no brainer since the premade templates from shopify are really not worth it. The support is also really good and helped me asap.

I particularly enjoy the support team. Always very helpful and quick to solve any issues. I do find the system to be limiting in what I can do because I do not code.

Great app to use! Can't get over how great an app it is and how helpful their customer support team is. Only had a couple things I needed help on, but the support team quickly either helped me through it or sent in to their dev team to fix.
