I recently started using PageFly Page Builder for my online store, and I must say, their customer support is simply outstanding. Whenever I encountered any issues or had questions about the platform, their team was quick to respond and provided thorough assistance every step of the way. Their dedication and knowledge made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to their great customer support, I was able to create a stunning and functional website for my business. I highly recommend PageFly to anyone looking for a reliable page builder with exceptional customer service!

There are a dozen decent page builders but Pagefly support is in a league of it's own. Near immediate responses, no matter the time. Friendly staff that utilizes screenshots. The support UI is great. Anytime I need assistance they find a solution quickly every time. I would like to amend my review of pagefly. Every support related interaction has been positive, however their customer service related people offer you a free month in exchange for a video review and send unwanted, unsolicited responses even after being explicitly asked to NOT REPLY to me when I am voicing an opinion. I’ve had the app installed on Shopify for months and it just does not load. Not in the Shopify app, not logged in in the Shopify website. Just a blank white screen that says “please wait”. Customer support has been less than helpful and none of their suggestions have worked.

Pagefly is great, only sometimes the phone and laptop options show the wrong content(in the builder). But all these problems are solvable and their support helped me. I recommend them, my pages have upgraded since using it!

Supernice app for nondevelopers to design and run their own website. Amazing helpdesk 24/7 available. Has been great working with Landing Page Builder team!

Thanks for the great customer service, Adrian! He was able to quickly identify the problem and give solutions despite not being able to get into the site. Most just say they need access but he was able to problem-solve despite this. Thanks, man!

While I editing my website I see a pop-up says let us check your page. And I said yeah let see maybe they say 1 or 2 something useful. When ı entered the chat OMG the help they provide is unavailable. My helper named Orange and they help me with all tiny details ı haven't noticed. Even they fix it them self. Not me they fix my page.The conversation last about 1 hour maybe more answered all my questions. I mean I never expected from anyone, any service giving that much care about even it's free users. Pagefly gain my trust and my respect. 10 OUT OF 10.
