This an outstanding app! As a Shopify expert I'm installing and using a lot of different apps every day. Order Printer Pro is just state of the art. Everything works smoothly and simply. Every view is transparent and easy to understand. Kudos Björn.

Using this app since a few weeks, just perfect. Easy customize, and quick and adapted help from Luis and Bjork. J'utilise l'app depuis quelques semaines, et c'est parfait. Facilement personnalisable, Luis et Bjork m'ont bien aidé sur certains aspects !

Nice guy Bjorn :-) He helped me with answering some questions where I decided to move from a free alternative app to this paid version. Combined with the other Forsberg+two products I have a good combination. What I miss, once solved I will move this to 5 stars instantly, is adding a physical PDF into an e-mail and not a link. Second item, if I need to add a link I don't want a text-link but a proper button :-) Update: 5 stars ;-)

We've been using the app for a couple of months now, works great with reliable results. When we bumped into an exception in our process, the team at FORSBERG+two sprung into action and included our requirement in about a week's time. Great customer support, keep up the good work!!

I downloaded one app from the app store and I couldn't navigate myself there, I didn' understand how to use. To understand how that app worked I needed to read the instructions etc. So I decided to try Order Printer Pro and it was amazing! It is so easy to use. Everything is intuitive and the app is build for non-techies like me. I would recommend it to others.

I am super happy with the support while setting up the app provided by Bjorn. Really fulfilled all I needed in a very short span. Looking forward to test out the app. :)

I was looking for an app to generate invoices for my wholesale orders. This was simple and streamlined to set up and now it makes my life so much easier!

I use the app to automatically send invoices to my customers. The app works great and is very versatile with the layout and data of the templates. I also had a few questions regarding variables in the invoice. Bjorn was very friendly and helpful with my support request. He answered fast and we could fix my problem within 2 mails. I used this app to have a professionnal looking receipt/invoice. When I had questions or things I wanted to add that I couldn't do myself, the support did it for me within a day. Super app, super support. I totally recommend!

So far I have found this app to be excellent - Easy to use and install and provides professional invoices, packing slips etc. I would have expeceted this functionality as standard in Shopify however as it is not then this is an excellent affordable alternative.

This app is a must-have if you do e-commerce. The support team has been very helpful and everything is really intuitive and very well designed.

The app is very helpful for us, as we can easily send a link to the invoice in the order confirmation e-mail to our customers. We've been using Order Printer for several years now and whenever I had a problem, Bjorn was always there super fast and extremely helpful. Absolute recommendation. :-)

I am really frustrated with this app. I have repeatedly asked this group how to remove the unnecessary information that displays at the top and bottom of every invoice. They will-not provide the information.

This is a great app - the ability to add a link in automated emails so customers can download their invoice is invaluable! Support is also top-notch.

Hi there - for some reason {{ tax_line.rate_percentage }}% is not working only {{ tax_line.rate }} works - what isn't what we need As the tax rate in percentage is mandatory for Invoices in Austria/Germany. Any Idea how to solve this?

Not so great. I got a response that didn't address the issue. If you fit perfectly in their realm, great. I did not and they didn't really know how to address it; they gave me directions, which I followed, but it didn't address my needs. Perhaps they're using a bot and they're not able to deal directly with potential clients. Not good. I gave them two stars because I feel bad about giving anyone who is trying to create a business only one star.

Great app, super simple to use. The support by Bjorn is also excellent. In Germany, the delivery date is also required on the invoice to be legally compliant. A couple hours after messaging Bjorn about this "issue" my invoice template had said delivery date. The date is generated automatically when I fulfill the item. Perfect! Great service and app.
