Great customer service. Luis was very helpful setting up our template including some specific requests we had.

This app works perfectly with my needs for invoices and receipts. I deleted a competitor app because this one works so much better, and I like that I can show discounts directly on the rate for 1 item. The other app only showed the discount off the total, which doesn't allow my customer to see how much they are saving per piece. I also really do love the customer support. Very responsive and very helpful.

Installed this app to help our in-store associates print packing slips for online orders for pickup. Easy installation, and my one request to technical support with a question was answered expertly the same day. The app perfectly solves our problem. The user interface is pretty intuitive. We're using the free version right now, but I will pay for a subscription when we hit the usage threshold.

This app allows a nicer-looking, customisable layout for Order invoice/receipts. I can't code, and while I can manage most of the customisation, I needed help and received outstanding instant support via chat from Keanu at Order Printer Pro.

Great App! We're an Electric Bicycle Shop in Southern Indiana and during our checkout process with our new riders we needed a check-off list to ensure our riders have all of the information they need before they take off on their first ride. Order Printer Pro allows us to create a customized template for our packing list to accomplish that. Their support is also very prompt!

The support team is SO lovely, they help quickly and are really friendly. I can always count on them. Every issue I ever had they solved perfectly. I really appreciate such a service as a small business. It's like talking to friends :)

I installed Order Printer Pro less than 24 hours ago, and have already had the pleasure of having the support team (Lauro) create the template I need. Thank you. Edit: I have had cause to call the support group on a number of occasions now, and had excellent service and help every time. These folk know their stuff.

Went down once but the team fixed it and replied within 5 minutes and sorted it straight away for me which was great. Service was good and helpful and the app itself works well, it looks good and the templates work, coding changes are easy and you can put download links into your e-mails with them too.

Because Shopify frequently changes its specifications, various issues sometimes arise. However, the support team always responds quickly to any problems, so I can confidently send PDF generation links to my customers. Thank you!

Easy setup and template edit. Fast and uncomplicated support. One thing we have not yet managed to do is to generate the labels in A6 format. in the preview the format fits, in the pdf it is again in A4 format. Not sure if that is an issue in the app or the printer. The support has a solution (https://help.forsbergplustwo.com/en/articles/3289768-printing-on-smaller-paper-a5-or-4x6) wich unfortunately we were not able to make it work with our template yet.

Luis helped me today, and he was knowledgable, efficient and kind. He guided me to an area of my Shopify store that I was not familiar with- someone else would have likely told me that was not their job but he helped me out ! The app is great. you can choose from templates and then you can customize the templates and if you get stuck like i did, you get amazing support from wonderful people like Luis. :) 5 stars!

We needed a custom solution to a template we had in the Order Printer Pro app. Luis, Jose & Esteban were able to match our current invoice and draft order templates perfectly. It's rare to find the type of great communication and speed the Order Printer team provides. Great choice, highly recommend!
