I declare myself this app's number. I looked everywhere for a solution and Order Printer Pro worked perfectly. I needed to include the payment method to the packing slip and a number of other small changes. Customer service helped me and were incredibly nice and patient. I also use OrderlyEmails form the same people and it is equally terrific. Thanks guys!

I am new to this app and was having a problem with my Invoice Template. I sought help with their support team "Cesar" and he was patient enough to assist me until everything was fixed. Very good customer service and great app for printing invoices for a more professional look receipts. I actually really like using this app for my small online business. We deal a lot with wholesale and customers who are on credit terms. The regular invoices from Shopify didn't cut it. We needed them to have custom information on the invoices, and also needed an invoice to be sent as part of every invoice/order email that goes out to a customer. This app allowed us to do that. Anytime we have any technical trouble the team gets back to us right away with a fix. Very happy with the service. We use it on multiple websites.

Super fast and professional customer support! App itself is easy to use, does what it supposed to do with no hiccups. If you are searching for the app to print invoices, receipts etc. look no further and grab this.

Amazing customer service!! We have use this app for a couple of years with no issues, recently we noticed that if we were printing a part fulfilled packing slip it would show the whole order including already fulfilled items. We thought this must be able to be fixed in code, so we sent an email to the support team to ask if there was a way this could be done. Within an hour we not only had a response we had a new version of our code that solved the problem. The next day I noticed that although the new code only showed the unfulfilled products the quantity could still show the total ordered amount not unfulfilled amount. Another email later and another hour later we had received another updated code document! 100% would recommend this app to anyone using Shopify!

easy to understand, templates easy to work with. only had one small issue where i got stuck, contacted the customer support which is very friendly and responds quickly!

Great Customer service and support. Even tho i'm not familiar with code editing, they patiently taught me how to do that step by step. The App itself is fantastic, it could fulfilled all my needs basically. Discounted price with error (Unlike other app that I had previously), barcode, item photo, great template with many language. Apps works great and allow customer to download PDF invoice right from the Order confirmation. Best part is the awesome support. They are very reactive and always helpful to make some custom tweaks in your template. Bravo !
