This is a fantastic app. Frances was excellent at understanding my needs and helping me automate some of the manual processes for my orders with my suppliers, which require orders to be submitted in CSV. Out of all the apps and other resources I have been exposed to on Shopify in my e-commerce journey to date, these guys are the best! They are also responsive and always willing to help. I was blown away by Francis and his team when they asked me to explain what I needed, not just shut me down and tell me what I would get or what they wanted to provide me with. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you, team. You have saved me hours of processing time!

Delivers the functionality we were looking for and their support team is excellent - they really went above and beyond to ensure that we dialed in the app to get the most out of the functionality we were looking for.

Best support ever

This is a must-have app. We got it to help with our fraud detection and prevention, but needed a customization to extend some capabilities within our order processing system and they made the change for us in a day. Wow, support is amazing and the product is amazing and intuitive.

Works great for our need to fulfill digital downloads and the team is very response to help requests.

What a great app to minimise admin. We recommend this app if you want to save time. It sends out emails to our many dropship vendors without any issues. The team quickly solved a minor issue - but it is essential to our store. We asked, and they delivered within 48 hours - excellent service. We dealt with Frances in the customer support team, and she was fantastic at organising everything. Thank you, Order Automator team!

This is a really helpful app. It helps us to easily and quickly see our orders by country. It is also gret if you want to be notified if a certain product sells. It does everything it says it does. We also needed help with something and Frances in customer support helped us until it was figured out. Great customer service.

The Order Automator team and Joe specifically have been fantastic. We used the Order Automator app to add a customers order count to packing slips within the app we use for our packing slips. Whilst this isn't an out of the box feature, Order Automator is fully customisable and after an email to the team, that had this feature sorted for us within a day. They've also guided on other features we want to use and nothing is too much of an ask, would definitely recommend!

We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug. Order Automator is helping us tremendously being able to work around the bug and fix our orders before they push to Quickbooks. Also, customer service is GREAT! Quick and helpful answers.

This is the app we've been searching for, suitable for multiple locations, particularly in fulfilling orders. It provides the customization solution we need, and the support is both awesome and highly responsive.

Highly recommend this app, it solved at least 2 problems we didn’t have a solution for, and likely to simplify many of our processes we have been developing. Easy to set up, simple pricing and great support. If you find other Shopify automation apps somewhat convoluted and complicated, and need advanced order processing, then this is a very effective solution.

It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks. Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

Great app that fills all our needs to automate our ordering process. Frances has been great with helping us with some custom requests as well. Recommend both the app and the team behind. Best customer service among the apps that we use for our store.

Great app! We had been using a different one for years, but it was not maintained and eventually stopped working. We are using it for notification of a customer's first order and for notifications about certain other kinds of orders that require special attention. Support crew is very helpful! Can't go wrong. 8-)
