This app looks extremely good. Installs very easily and being a bit of a novice with these things I had some questions to ask. Answers came back very quickly.

Definitely a great app to use to get reviews on your site. It has in-depth features such as review verification so no random troll or spammer can come and leave bad reviews. Custom emails - we are completely redoing the email builder. It will be drag and drop, you will be able to create your own text sections and add your branding.

Get app with very accessible tech support team and great customer service! It function perfectly!.... We just had an element that wasn't working well but someone got in touch immediately and the problem was solved. They have just added the reviews export option that sends a csv export of reviews to your email and it's formatted in such a way that any major review plugin shouldn't have any problems importing from Opinew. This means that we own any reviews collected while using Opinew, which is not always the case with other reviews app

Have been using Opinew for a few months now and am very happy with the look, feel and functionality of the app. I've been waiting a long time for an integrated Shopify discount code generator which is sent to every customer once they leave a review! Opinew does this for you automatically without having to manually create codes. Also, not only does the app contain more features than the majority of the other review apps, It is also by far the most cost effective. Plus the support from Tomasz has been outstanding throughout! Best review app out there by far!

We have recently installed Opinew on our store, replacing our previous review system. Opinew have developed a review app here which gives you great value for the money. Tomasz has been incredibly helpful in taking his time to help us get this set up on our site and we now have a more attractive looking set of reviews, with features such as the ability to reply in public, a great system for managing negative reviews, sending out coupons in review request emails and rich snippets. The stars plugin also lets you show the average review rating on each product on a collections page. This makes it really visible when browsing the store that we have positive reviews, which we hope will make the reviews even more powerful at building customer trust and increase conversions. Highly recommend for value, functionality and most definitely for the great support!
