My store is long one, But in Short I could not be happier today - now that I have a product reveiw system that works - and works well!!! I was with Yotpo on bigcommerce platform - and all was well, Until we where forced to move off the BC platform (Due to Payment gateways) and bad mistake for By BC for South African E-commerce sites, We migrated to Shopify, After much Ado Yotpo was unable to migrate the review file with over 1400 reveiws they sent me the file. I searched fo a suitable app at an afordable price. I tried several and all i tried had short comings. Until I tried Opinnew - I found the service from Tomasz and installation that even over the weekend, he did - took the file and uploaded it formated and uploaded it beyond perfect or excellent. I have a system thte really works well! Thanks Tomasz.

Previously, a lot customers asked questions via the shopify product review, and some of the customers even select a 1 star by mistake, thats not good to the conversion rate to our store. Now Opinew solved that problem on review completely. And it allows customers to review with photos, That's awesome. It can improve conversion rate efficiently. The app is optimized and supports all the imports for amazon, aliexpress and ebay. App is very easy to understand and user friendly.

I would give this app 10 stars if I could!!!! I never dared hope I would find an app that would allow me to import my Amazon reviews. The app is easy to use and the customer support is second to none. I haven't set up the email requests yet but feel confident it will be as easy to do as everything else has been so far. It has certainly ramped up the look and feel of my website and the "social proof" I have needed is now in place.

Must have app if you are a long time seller in Amazon and are importing reviews for Amazon. At first is limited to 50 but just contact CS and they'll do the rest. Which by the way are EXTREMELY responsive, professional and efficient. Plugin doesn't look good, contact them and in minutes issue is fix. Want more reviews added, contact them and they'll manually upload more from the product. Highly recommend them.

I can easily say that I have never left a review in my life until today! This plugin has EVERYTHING you need a product review plugin to have. The interface is top-notch. Very clean functioning UI. Let's you import reviews from Aliexpress as well as Amazon so you can make your store look busy with a lot of reviews in no time. We needed a feature custom coded and Tomasz went out the way to make it happen for us. Free of cost. The plugin monthly cost is very less compared to other alternatives. Overall we love it and highly recommend it.
