1st) Opinew takes the cake. Let's go ahead and agree that the 2 or 3 other popular ones are fine too, most of the time. But what happens when you need support on a Sunday afternoon, you have thousands of dollars worth of Facebook ads flooding your product pages and uh oh, you notice something isn't right. But the traffic is coming regardless. Well, this isn't some kinda what-if scenario. This is taking place right now, and because when contacting support, I QUICKLY got a response, found out the situation, and everything is great. Not to mention without asking, I was kept up to date as everything was being resolved. That my fellow Shopify store owners are called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Without a doubt recommended to all Shopify stores. You will be glad you did if, by chance, you end up in a situation that had the potential to cost thousands of dollars but because of Opinew's professionalism, my cash register is still making noise!

Ironic to rate an app that deals with ratings but this is a 5 star product! I had an issue during setup and it was resolved within 20 minutes and they were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Reviewing the setup: Super easy to setup, features available should be very useful, I wouldn't know how it works though because I am yet to use it.

Used this App on my Shopify Store. Works smoothly and it has great support. following a minor issue with my image sizing within 5 mins I had contacted them and had it resolved. I will continue to use this app again in the future.

After testing other applications, I find that it is easy to use and clear. I just installed it, so I don't yet have feedback on the feedback from my customers. As soon as I have reviews from my customers, I will post my review again.
