We chose Opinew because of how easy it is to import our Amazon reviews to our Shopify store. Support was great and they helped us get our store looking just the way we wanted it with the reviews and stars displayed.

The app interface has a bunch of features for everyone's needs. Compared to the basic Shopify review app this destroys it! Also, the support team are super professional and gets things done in a timely manner. I look forward to sticking with them and upgrading in the future. So far so good! Just started and it seems easy to use. I haven't imported reviews from eBay yet, but that's my next step!

I love the attention to detail that has gone into the development of this app that automates review requests. Love that it can be customised so easily for the less tech savvy people like me. Good job! Add a wishlist list to this app and it will be perfect!

I used this app to collect reviews from all of my orders, I love how it's easy to understand and set up review requests. I used the Product reviews app from Shopify and wasn't able to add customer review photos or videos, I love that this app allows for photos and videos.
