They have a great customer support focus, Unfortunately the developer company is to small to handle the support in a professional manner. The product have potential but is not finished to be sold to companies that need more flexibility in the functions. Many answer we got from the support was, we will have that in the next version. A lot of the time when asking for help the answer was, have you read the tutorials, have you watched the movies and so on. That the answer you like when you are installing the app. Update after the owner's response: First of all, we are not a IT organisation, we are small micro brand selling square watches for men. sonerbysweden.com Secondly, the videos was not the good, many are very short and doesn't show what they suppose, i remember ne that was like 7 seconds that basically showed a picture. That the owner and probably the only guy that works on the app is giving suåort day and night is admirable but doesn't work in the long term. Maybe This app will be good in the future when they get all the functions they say coming in the next release, for now there are much better apps. For example, not being able to send request for reviews to people that have not bought a product is crazy. If you have a influencer or a journalist that you have given a product to, they can't give you review!

Our company switched to Opinew from Yotpo. It's packed with awesome features and constantly being updated with more. Their customer support is also fantastic. We would HIGHLY recommend using this app.

Absolutely recommend it. Fast customer support and wonderful user interface. I used to have another review app that would crash or wouldn't load at times. Html coding is something I try to avoid when installing apps and this does it just right no coding needed.

Get these empty stars out of my theme immediately Even if you uninstall it you get those empty stars permanently in your theme Do NOT install

So far so good. Does everything that is advertised. Can update review in a few weeks after we've used it to see what impact it has on overall sales conversion.

An application that might make you crazy, even though I downloaded an application, it asked me to choose a paid plan and when I remove it continues to put empty stars in every product you have to delete everything and this makes you crazy A failed application My rating has zero stars

まだ新しいSiteで集客はあるのですが、転換率がかなり悪かった所レビューを追加することで信頼性が生まれたのか、即座に効果がありました。ちょっとわかりづらいことに関してはCustomer supportが時間外だったのにもかかわらず対応してくれて助かりました。これは望みすぎかもしれませんが、Amazonのレビューを全て拾えないという点は今後改善を期待したいポイントです。

Great great app. Best review app out there I have to say. People say you should make the review section look alike to that of Amazon as much as possible. At first, I found judge.me which provides that but I didn't like how it looked on the page and not gonna lie, if I were a customer seeing that review section, I wouldn't buy. Opinew replaces that. It makes the reviews look much better and much more legit. I already love the look of it.
