Looks good, easily generates reviews and helps conversions. I really like this app because it is easy to use and the support is great.

Fantastic company with amazing customer support! We were quickly and easily able to import all our eBay reviews onto our Shopify store, which is definitely going to lead to an increase in sales. This platform was well worth the investment.

Update: Yes, i did. Part of what I meant is I prefer not using an automatic method. I just wished there was documentation for where the code was installed where I would go in and edit the CSS myself. Dont get me wrong it seems like a great app, but personally for me customer service was far too slow to respond and i had to solve the issue with no help from him because of his speed. Leaving 4 stars cause other than the CSS thing it's great. Too hard for me to customize unless using auto method. There's not enough documention on how to manually install and actually customize the css. The auto install would have worked great but it didn't meet my needs. Other than that, this app seemed great.

I use it on 2 stores and has help me build a 10K + growing business thanks to the credibility of my own clients.

I've used Opinew now for about 14 months, and my store has grown to 6-figures during that time. It's so intuitive and simple, love it! The fact that you can source reviews from Amazon is great, and you can modify the design to your liking. 5 stars from me, no doubt! A few issues have popped up, but their in-app chat support is super fast and helps you immediately. Awesome!

Extremely easy to use system. We imported all our reviews from Amazon with ease. This app has already generated over 10k in sales for us in less than a month. I have had a few hiccups with the software along the way and I must say the support team for this app is almost better than the app itself. Instant responses and very quick fixes issued. Really nice review app;);) My favorite feature is that you're able to import amazon reviews from any Amazon link, that way you can get super real and verified reviews by finding your identical item on amazon and copying the link review. Highly recommend.

I'm loving the app so far...It was exactly what I needed for my store. And the support has been great. At first, I thought it was pricey (premium plan), but I think for the features, relative ease of use, and quality of support (so far), I don't mind. I only wish that more somewhat mid-level features were available to the premium tier e.g feeding star rating to Google shopping and an auto sliding carousel. I mean, for $29 monthly, is that too much to ask?‍♀️

Thus far seems to work great! I had an issue with incorrect reviews importing, and tech support (Tomasz) immediately helped me out. It took some work but it turned out to be an issue with Amazon Parent/Child listings. They solved it quick, and now it works great! Very customizable, and it looks like the review format Amazon uses with minimal editing.

Realy handy and easy to use. At the first it looks a bit complicated but when you work in it for a while it all comes together
