Excellent support during setup and installation. So far so good. Still have some features to setup which will happen over the next few days.

I like this app, though it wasn't straightforward to begin with, and I am a computer-knowledgeable sort of person. However, I am not a software specialist or coder. I see that to get a widget with reviews positioned in my webpage's footer will require installation via code editor. That's fine if I would know exactly where to place the copied code on my Shopify template. But, because I don't know it, I would need to ask the software developer for help. Of course, I don't particularly appreciate that it is so, and normally because of it, I should have given only four stars. However, the transfer of reviews from eBay to Shopify went very well and because of it - FIVE stars! So, in general, the Opinew app is a good product which, at large, I would recommend.

This app is just amazing. The devs nailed it with this one. The layout looks amazing and the app is easy and simple to use. Plus, the Amazon importer is a lifesaver, It makes my job so much easier and faster

I would highly recommend the app. We have purchased the service since July and chose Warehouse plan. The result is amazing and beyond our expectation. We successfully integrated the reviews and make our website more attractive to customers. In the dashboard you can also monitor the performance to see how many orders are influenced by the service. And the support team provide awesome service to answer all the questions.

I absolutely love this app! Makes importing reviews super simple. I have contacted the support team twice in the 1.5 years I've been using Opinew - immediate response and solution within 10 minutes. I am a small business and it's sometimes hard to get all customers to leave reviews or even to show a picture with their review. This app supports my business in that aspect.

Easy setup, easy migration to get our previously established reviews imported from our last app, good customer service. So far so good on our website

It's a good app and overall I'm happy with it. They helped me to import reviews from another app by creating an integration. It only took 2 days to do that. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because once you achieve your quota of imported reviews from Amazon, eBays and etc, you actually run out of quota, it means you are not able to import again unless you upgrade the plan.

This app makes it so easy to import your reviews from Amazon into your Shopify store. I also like the feature of allowing customers to ask questions on a product and posting answers that can be public or not, either way the customer gets an answer emailed to them. Works great!

This app is really great. It can import reviews from Amazon and AliExpress, which shocked me. The picture can also choose the picture I like and put it on the first page. This comment has helped me increase a lot of sales. I like this comment plugin very much, and I can recommend it to everyone
