Great customer support. Respond fast and help with complex problems very effectively. Free plan has enough more most smaller stores, with paid plans for higher volume stores. Would recommend.

You can group products so that reviews are displayed on multiple products. The support rep was very patient and thorough.

Amazing app! It's amazing! It's a must-have for any shopify store. Excellent app! Great service! They are always available to help you with any questions or special requests. I have to talk about their phenomenal customer service as well. I messed up while trying to upload reviews, and reached out via chat. I wasn't expecting a response because it was late in the evening, but not only did I get one, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was working the way I needed it to. I wasn't sure about upgrading but I am now. I'm totally sold. Highly recommend!!

The customer service was excellent. It was not so hard to install and set up. I reached out to support and they made it happen. However, I stopped using it because its design did not fit the theme we were using.
