I love love love this app. I use Constant Contact and right now, you can only use their pop up on one site. Otherwise, all of your pop ups will come up on every site you add their universal form code to. I have several so, imagine the sheer frustration. Oh, and their forms are crazy basic. That's what makes this app so awesome, I can customize the pop up to look the way I want it to and it only pops up on my shopify store! It also integrates with a host of other email marketing platforms. And, last but not least, the support is awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to capture leads!

Excellent support and upgrades! Our Store has been using this app since October last year! Everything works as expected and support (Ann) is very responsive. When I don't know how to set up something, she will give clear instructions and even help me set it up. They replied to every suggestion I gave and follow up in a reasonable time period. In a few months, they've added at least 3 new useful features that I know of. Most importantly, this app is good for conversion. It has generated thousands of orders for my store already. I highly recommend this app.

Very helpful and always there when you need them! I have had many questions upon installing this app and they have made sure to answer with an explanation.

I never really write reviews but the customer support team has given me so much value that I can't help myself. The social proof notifications and the email popups they have look clean and professional unlike some of the other apps I've seen. I only use the exit intent spin wheel thingy to collect emails and it works well. It's customizable and automatically adds the coupon code for the customer before they checkout. But above all, their customer support is off the charts. Super fast reply times and are online all the time. Plus, they're updating the app with new features and asking for my opinion on how to improve it. That's the secret formula on how to turn me into a lifetime customer and they did it. Thank you.
