Super easy to use and the support is amazing! It did not even take 5 minutes to get comfortable with the front end and the support reached out to me after one minute. Their response time is incredibly good!

Firstly, I want to say that customer service was brilliant. I had Alice who helped me with everything when I was starting from scratch. She notified me errors that I did not see. Also I have been able to make newsletters and coupons which I'm absolutely grateful for! Unfortunate thing was I had a few customers that would not get what's been created here as they have subscribed earlier so I would have to email them individual if they would like to subscribe again to get the opportunity. Other than that, I am so happy to have found this app and to see 5 star reviews from every person using Shopify! Alice, you are brilliant and keep up that amazing customer service skill you provide!

Amazing support. Helped my company set up our discount code/newsletter sign up through excellent support. We were all stressed because of other problems with the shop and they did everything for us. SUPERB.

For now I just added a little pop up to show my clients what products did the other clients got. I love it and my clients too from their feedback! It's so nice because you can edit and change a lot of settings, and the staff is so helpful and answers right away. All of this for free ! That's great :)

Their Customer Support (CS) is phenomenal. I'm surprised by how quickly they reply back, and their (CS) is able to make simple code changes for you. The app integrates with lots of EDM tools and Zapier. The out-of-the-box templates make it easy to get setup.

The support team is very helpful and they respond quickly. I just wish they had abandoned cart automation in their SMS feature

Easy, clean and many options! So far the best email popup app I found. Also free for stores that not have to much traffic :) awesome

We have been trying to get a pop-up for our website and tried at least 5 different apps each with no success due to their limited free option choices, complicated integration method and they just didn't seem to merge well with our website LylakWonders. But this is an amazing app! We love it so much, the customization is great considering the fact that it is completely free and run by a small group, integration is super simple and you can view how the pop-up looks on your website whenever you want! It gives you automatic unique coupon codes and the customer service couldn't be better, they reply within minutes which is mind-blowing. We really love this app, 100% would recommend it. Also our customer service helper, Alice was amazing. She helped us solve our problems within minutes and gave us some great suggestions!

So easy to use. I tried a few apps but this was the best and most user friendly. There was an issue with my pop up message not showing on our store, Diana was so helpful and the team resolved the problem swiftly. Very happy with this app and the service I received.

I noticed a small issue with their Sales page and I originally thought it was an unfair sales tactic, turned out it was a change in Shopify and the company quickly fixed it. On top of that their customer service is top notch. They have a live chat that answers all of your question RIGHT AWAY! The app is also converting amazingly for us. About 16% of my website visitors end up subscribing through this app! I am pretty happy with everything. Love this company and definitely recommend them!
