Fantastic app! User friendly. It allows one to get creative with their email marketing. Includes "Wheel of Fortune", "Gift Box" or "Scratch off" effects. Some of the forms are order follow up; customer re-activation, cart recovery. Create pop-ups and offer discounts for email sign-up. One of the best apps that I am using.

Soundest has solved so many of the problems that we had with setting up Email Marketing for our Shopify store. Many of the other apps that we have tried before were often too complicated (Features Not focused on ecommerce!) and needed too many additional steps to get started. Soundest worked right out of the box! They also have amazing customer service! Fast Response times (Less than 10 mins on average). A defining moment in our ecommerce careers!!! Hi Guys/Gals, I just sent out email marketing mails to my first 20 customers, it was so easy with Soundest, completed everything in 15 to 20 mins, thats hell lot of time saving, its definitely productive, now let me lay back and see the responses and reports. Thanks Soundest.

The app is easy to use but unfortunately, the abandoned cart mail goes to the promotions tab in gmail. No wonder I didn't see any conversions. Ideally the mail must land on the inbox.

This app seems to make everything easier for you to run your email campaigns, but i just started using it so i will see when i start getting real massive emails to deal with, but as of at this moment I love it.

Hi, This is an amazing app and we are happy to say that we have been using this app for 2 weeks and its been of great help to our business. A must have for all businesses.

Do not get this app. I am deleting this app after spending $60 on it for 1 month. The free trial is worth it but not the $60 recurring charge per month. I basically wasted $60 on this because I barely got any results out of it. It is a very high expense especially for small businesses. For the hefty price of a whopping $60, the app barely has any ROI and you don't really get much back for the money you are putting in to use this app. Also, it shouldn't cost $60 just to do email marketing and just to collect email addresses. There are other apps that are much cheaper than soundest that can pretty much do the same thing. I have sent tens of thousands of emails to customers about mega sales only to be disappointed.
