I am an experienced email marketing campaigner, and I have previously used MailChimp and other integrated solutions. Overall I found the experience of working with Soundest to be superior in several ways, including: - easy to work with simple layouts with clean graphics and fonts - integration of mail lists -- including the wizard which sends out a batch of emails to test the delivery functionality - straightforward online chat customer support Most importantly is the 'OPEN' and 'CLICK' rate. My open rate is far superior to Mailchimp open rate, and the click thru rate to sales orders is better as well. Seeing a graphic representation of what features were clicked and how many times is also very important and useful. I am planning to use Soundest in both my Shopify and external API integrations -- I am very pleased with the results!

Not being very tech savy I found this app amazing to use, compared to previous apps. It's made sending emails a pleasure not a chore. I recommend this app

I enjoy this addition to my shopify store. I had a minor technical issues that the support and developer team helped me sort of very quickly. The only thing I can really say that I wish was different or that I have yet to figure out is being able to set up automated follow up series for specific individual email lists. I have used this to send out a couple emails by now, and I must say, it is very user friendly and easy to use. The interface for email creation is very diverse and offers us a huge range of options for our email campaigns. There are a few bugs when I try to click some buttons, but thats absolutely not a reason to give this app anything but 5 stars! For a free platform, this is in the top of my list of Shopify apps that we use here at Clover Brand Outdoor Supply Co.

Really great app. Cost saving and is as good as some of the bigger names out there that charge you on a huge monthly fees!

Very easy to use and customize! This is an essential app for email marketing.

Just installed and i'm hoping its better than Mailbot which was NOT a good experience. UPDATE! This is by far the easiest and best email marketing app. I have literally deleted 4 other apps that I had going because this app literally has EVERYTHING. Thank you so much I was starting to get really frustrated with email marketing with the other app. I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it but this app brought back all of my confidence.
