Very easy to use and preview before sending anything to customers.

I have to say I am "dumb stupid' technology wise. Omnisend makes it so easy to set up campaigns, collect emails and do a blast email with a very reasonable price. If you are shy with promotion, scared to set up an email list, unsure of your technology skills - then this is the perfect product for you to try and its very modestly priced. The graphics are clear and easy to read and so for newbies and oldsters alike who struggle with the learning curve of email marketing this is the perfect app to add to your Shopify store.

So much better than any other email campaign program out there! We absolutely love it!

Limited capabilities (I'm used to Mail Chimp) and poor customer service. I had a time sensitive manner and they rudely responded to me and then fell silent in the middle of our conversation. I immediately asked for options/suggestions for help to correct the issue and was left with no answer or reason for the silence. Customer service to our clients is incredibly important to us, and this caused a delay in that. Update: 10 minutes later I got an answer. Granted, the response didn't answer my question but explained that they had to go help other clients with an update in Europe. I added that it would have been nice to have it communicated to me that they were working on a response and helping other customers in the meantime - which is completely understandable. Instead, I got a defensive comment in regards to this review. She repeatedly told me how busy they were. Before she offered me the help I was requesting, I was asked to change or edit this review. So here is the edited review per Veronika's request. I was prompted again after receiving my answer. I added a star because they did finally give me the option to resend an incorrect email which I appreciated and all I wanted in the first place. I was willing to pay for a day to resend the email, but will not be continuing with this service.

I really like this app, it has tons of potential to fit the needs of a few stores i'm working on. just wish the trial of the pro version wasnt time based - or was at least longer than a month. Many of those extra features are handy as hell when your getting a launch going but it can be annoying to have it just run out while you're still on a budget and cant really spring for too many paid apps. If they could integrate the "loss" of the trial access into the growth of your store so that when you lose access you're already showing consistent revenue and can just sign on to the pro no worries. either sales based or based on the success of your marketing campaigns, but anything would be better than a month. 45 days would even make a big difference

Love it. Super easy to use and you get great looking pro email campaigns. Upgrading to premium. Hope the analytics reporting tools are just as good.

It's a great app and a very useful tool. One problem I have with it is the fact that you can only remove omnisend branding if you pay the premium subscription as apposed to the free version. Small startups like myself sometimes are nervous when adding another subscription service in order to keep their break even low, and I can't seem to find a way to make my emails look professional with their branding at the bottom. Message to the people who run this app: Please would you find another incentive for consumers to subscribe to the premium service instead of compulsory branding at the bottom of the templates; I plan on upgrading my plan soon, I just want some time to establish the revenue structure of my business before I commit to another subscription service, but the same time I really need my email marketing campaigns to look 100% professional. If this changes I'll give this app 5 stars.
