I've worked with Mailchimp for 5+ years with 20+ clients. I was a tough convert since I was VERY loyal to them. But I came across Omnisend and all of the small annoyances that I was feeling with Mailchimp were completely gone! Amazing customer service (24/7 and get back to you in 10 mins.... that's unheard of in the app world), beautiful design, affordable pricing, I could go on. Definitely would recommend Omnisend to business owners out there. It takes the guesswork out of email marketing!

So far so good just scheduled our GDPR email to go out this morning. Moving over contacts from Shopify was seamless. Update have been using for a week and no glitches. Sent out 1st newsletter using Omnisend much easier than Mailchimp
