We used this app to send our Black Friday sale email campaign and it was a great experience. Very easy and straightforward to use! Awesome alternative to Mailchimp.

Works fine until they randomly suspend your account without letting you know that it was suspended or why. There is a contact support button in two locations that doesn't work. Hours and hours of work just down the drain.

Simple, easy to use and quick. Definitely worth trying and by far has many of the capabilities of an enterprise solution like Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.

First time using & was so user friendly when I have no idea about code... they do it for me. Love the templates.

Great app, Easy to use and helped to engage customers. The version i used worked best for my company needs and customers.

So far I'm loving how easy the app is on everything like cart recovery and email campaign though i haven't tried it yet to see how effective it is as it is recently new on my store. look forward to using it more often. hopefully it'll be better than mail chimp which is what i'm currently using

Better than any other because all email automation is here. Moreover, they have forms, what surprised me in a good way! And reasonable pricing ! Recommend for all!

I am using the app to help boost my email marketing and loving all the features so far. I think the app could improve by having more tutorials on how to use each marketing campaign because it can be very confusing.

I was Using mailchimp. When I noticed that I couldnt used with shopify, they rushed me to use omnisend. In ONE day I was able to do my campaign.

I used the app to send mail to subscribers from my Shopify web shop, it went really easy, app is really easy to use, it's fluent and fast

Mailchimp could learn from Omnisend. The product picker is a feature that's incredibly useful as no need for worrying over placement or alignment issues, really simple and user friendly assuming you're not a first timer. Well done!

I am so glad to find this app. It's very helpful. only two hours set up and run all the email marketing for my online shop. I am so happy right now and recommence to anyone who want to get into marketing campaign.
