brilliant and easy to use. easy to create campaigns and customer service is very efficient.

I tried Omnisend out because of its high ratings and am more than impressed. UI is clean and intuitive with plenty of customization options without being clunky. Everything is clean and instructive. I would like to see some formatting intelligently auto-filled though. Every campaign or email, having to reenter the email header with the same logo and reformat the social icons is a bit repetitive. It would be nice to enter this info once and have the templates auto-sync that info as default and then people can change them if need be for a single campaign/template.

Loving this app. The UI is clean and intuitive and so far blows away the other apps I've tried. The only thing I would suggest it to add the ability to use a custom font (web font maybe) so I can exactly match the heading on my website.

So far this app is very helpful in order to start my first email campaign. Easy to use, clear guidance if you have any problem

good app like it very much, it grows up my website and for 14 trial free it is very likely to be used by many other people

So far this is excellent and pretty simple to use with common sense. I can't comment on the traffic it drives yet but I am keen to see how we go over the period of my free trial. I like the fact that the trial gives you enough time to set up and hopefully see results in conversions. It does seem to cover everything that is needed in one app which is excellent and was highly recommended.

I have only had this app for 3 days. In that time I have managed, quite easily for someone who is technically challenged, to create an Automation Workflow, a Wheel of Fortune Pop Up and just launched my Christmas Email Campaign. I admit to needing help and no matter what time it was, within 5 seconds I had help from one of the ...elves? Very happy.

This was my first time sending marketing to our existing subscribed customers. I was able to create a Cyber Monday promotion and use Omnisend to send the marketing materials to our customers. Because it is linked to my Shopify information, it was quite seamless. Very happy with my experience so far.
