For sending Thank you emails after an order is placed. OmniSend is awesome, Shopify Email and Flow are great for Email Marketing, not so much for customer appreciation for an order. Even though there is a Flow template called Thank You after Order. But it is only if someone is on your mail list.. Omnisend grabbed all my socials, and was off to the races. And the workflow chart is way more user friendly. If you have less than 500 on your list, this is a no brainer. Thanks for the thoughtful review! I'm doing the free trial. As someone who is not tech savvy, and had paid a handsome amount to get workflow done on Klaviyo, workflow on Omnisend is a piece of cake. So far as a new user, Omnisend has been really good. The learning curve is gentle. After setting up a Workflow, you're good to go.
