A great app with amazing tech support with helpful advice and guidance with step by step instructions when I needed help. Truely thankful

After installing the app, it is not displayed on the home page, only on the product page, but when contacting the support team, the support team is very enthusiastic. And then it was transferred to the technical team to fix the error, and the error was quickly fixed. And the technical team discovered that there were a few errors on the theme, so they advised us to fix these errors. Great, excellent, wonderfull. The application is easy to use, integrating many channels to use to communicate directly with customers.

Did a search for a chat option as I have two stores and kept getting logged out of the standard chat / not getting notifications. Looked at the reviews that had good feedback. Loaded up quick and easy, then had an issue with the Instagram part. Chatted to the team, resolved within seconds. I did my own tests and it comes through to all the platforms that I have chosen. Perfect!

This app works and I would recommend this app. The techsupport is quick and was able to resolve my issue.
