Fantastic customer service but the app was not able to put my website store items onto my facebook store without more knowledge on coding web pages. Looks like it has a high level of functionality for the more advanced user. I applied only 4 stars because it was too hard for me an no reflection on the software.

I've never dealt with such a caring team. Got deduplicate issue with the shopify pixel integration, and neither shopify nor facebook could help fix my pixel issue, that lead to a huge drop in performance. The team at Omega literally treated me as if I was their only customer. Opening tickets with facebook to test step by step every possible scenario that could go wrong. Being patient for a long time testing and fixing accordingly till everything went back to normal finally. Weather it is their customer rep or their developers, I am honestly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

The customer service for this app is incredible. They are happy to help you with anything and everything in a timely manner. I am still in my infancy in eCommerce so I really appreciated the support I received when setting everything up regarding this app. Highly recommend.

The app helped me to track the events from the server-side, Facebook (CAPI), to bypass the IOS 14.5 Updates, and track customers who opt-out from Apple Transparency Update with the server-side. I'm just waiting for Omega to release new features in the app especially the in-app button due to I use a theme builder, and I need to keep installing the code on the updated theme, so if the tech theme Mr. Trong and Mr. Huy can work in this, I'll appreciate it. It will be a relief to know I'll be able to proactively install the code in my updated themes. Thank you.

easy to setup, but it doesnt help my tracking issue. I get that you cant help me with every issue, but you were super slow to reply to me and not helpful in trying to help me understand what the tracking problem is. Because of your fantastic service I have lost hundreds if not thousands in revenue over the past days.

It is absolutely simple to set up and well explained with helpful videos hyperlinked on the places where you may need them. Besides that, the customer support is amazing. They'll do everything they can to fix any issue that may occur. My support agent was Stella and she was absolutely brilliant in helping me. Probs to the developer team as well, who made some custom coding for me in full speed. Fantastic squad, kudos!
