I had a couple of queries concerning the app and how Facebook advertisements work, to which they quickly responded! Customer Service Joyce was quite helpful in assisting me with my questions. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I was able to use various pixels across multiple sites inside the same ad account. The Shopify setup only allows you to connect one business account to one store. This necessitates the creation of a new Business Manager for each website, which is inconvenient.
