Fast communication and is very good at answering questions. I have not yet seen any noticeable differences in my returns when it comes to using Facebook's data points or Omega's. But that will come in the future. Very pleased with the app so far.

The connection pixels are unstable, and I don't know when it was given a positive review.

I`ve been using Omega on two of my stores and I love it! I don`t have to worry about untracked data anymore and so I`m able to analyse and adjust my campaigns correctly. The Customer Service is amazing too, I needed their help a few times already and I can definitely say that they`re fast and very professional, they helped me setting up my pixel properly and solved a few issues I had with the help of their development team.
