Tracy! I can't show my appreciation enough, from the very moment I reached out to the service team to help me ensure the app was working properly, Tracy has been going above and beyond for me! Taking every step necessary and showing me along the way her progress. Even following up every few days to ensure all my questions were answered. This is amazing customer service, I would say more about the app but I haven't been using it very long nor can I compare to other apps but my team seems to believe in it highly. I have other services I pay more for and I get horrible customer service, nearly embarrasing. So I highly recommend Omega on this fact alone! Omega is much better than shopify's own data tracking and I've used different tracking programs and compared them, so I went with Omega. I had questions about the new program and contacted the online service, and Tracy helped me find the problem until it was completely solved.
