Unmatched support and real-time tracking, unlike any other app

I had installed this app before but hadn’t explored it deeply. Today, I ran into some issues while tracking an order. Fortunately, all my questions were answered. Tracy was continuously following up on my issues. Even though I had many questions and needed lengthy discussions, she guided me with screenshots. To test our setup, she even proactively helped us place a test order. Her attitude was incredibly positive and it was a relief amidst my work stress. This software is very smart and makes data viewing very convenient—it’s the best companion for Shopify! I give it a 10-star recommendation!

Customer service was one of the fastest, & most useful support teams I've dealt with on any app! It can be somewhat tricky to ensure the Pixel / API events are firing as they should, but the support team was able to help me with any & every question i had and they make it so easy to get the API integrated / fully working. Very, very happy with this app. 10/10 recommend.

It's a very good application. I always refer to the application's advertising report data during the advertising process, so that I can make timely and correct budget adjustment decisions. When I encounter problems, I can contact the service staff at any time and they are always patient enough to help me solve the problem. Excellent, highly recommended.
