Okendo has excellent customer support and the UI for both customers and admin are very clean. It also loads faster than any other review app I tried. There is no delay for the widgets to appear... something I find quite annoying with other apps. 10/10.

We used to use YotPo for our reviews. In my opinion, Okendo offers better value for money and more built-in features for the price compared to YotPo or any of their nearest competitors. Matt and his team are extremely responsive to all of our requests. The thing I love the most about this team is their work ethic. They are hungry for a bigger chunk of this market space and are extremely eager to bring the best service to you to earn your business. That is something I think most of us in here can probably identify with, one small business owner to another.

Absolutely nothing but great things to say about these guys! The Review app itself excellent and easy to configure once installed. I was using another review service and Matt handled all of the migration and initial setup. They had everything up, running, and customized for me in a few days. Not to mention, they literally have the best customer service and support team I've ever come across. 100% without a doubt worth giving these guys a try!!

This app and these guys deserve 100 Stars. The setup was smooth, easy and super fast. Matt was incredibly helpful and provided valuable advise. I was a long time user of Yotpo and they did all the migration for me. I find the price of the Power Plan very reasonable considering how much value this app adds. I couldn't ask for more! I wholeheartedly recommend this app to anyone serious about e-commerce. If you're deciding between Okendo and Yotpo, let me tell you Okendo is simply better... value, service, ease of use, features and, most importantly, the people behind the app are just amazing.

Okendo is AMAZING. The app is easy to set up and very user friendly. It is above and beyond what other review platforms offer and the team is incredible; they are extremely helpful and fast to respond. I can't say enough good things about Okendo, I highly recommend them.

Okendo is great! Excellent app, great team. They are really responsive and helpful. The reviews app is easy to use and offers many features such as email followup, coupon incentives and photo sharing that you need on a modern shop. I've been using Okendo for over a year and will continue to do so.

The unique thing about Okendo is how it allows the reviewer to add their social profile photo. This adds credibility to the review and was the main reason we switched from another service.

We have been using this app for last 10 months and it is the best app for reviews. Okenda best value for money Reviews app in the market. We were using Yotpo for last 4 years and every year they kept increasing the price when it comes to renewal. Their customer service has been flawlessly helpful in migrating and they did everything we asked for. Lastly, this app works perfectly without any issue whereas Yotpo always breaks down and we have to keep constantly raise the issue with their helpdesk.

We've been using Okendo since it launched. I was very interested in what they were offering since their competitor's rates for these services were beyond our budget and frankly didn't make sense for a small company like ours. Their customer service is personal and attentive and the features they offer for the price are excellent value. They were able to seamlessly port all of our prior reviews over to their app, so nothing was lost in the transition. Personally, I think there is great value in having highly visible customer reviews on each product page. We are an artisan skincare company and for new buyers who aren't able to try our products in a store, customer reviews are an integral part of making on-line sales. I have a number of customers who also like to take advantage of the reward system for leaving reviews. An excellent app for very fair price!
