I spent a lot of time diligencing different options for quizzes, and tested several other tools and platforms - i can confidently say that Octane AI is the best - in every sense. The quizzes come out looking sleek, the capabilities in terms of flows and logic are robust, the integrations with klaviyo and shopify are easy - and the support is unparralleled. Mark and Leonardo were particularly great in helping me stand up a complex quiz and answered my questions instantly. They gave me great guidance and were patient when I had questions. We use this app for our skincare quix and everything has been very nice. I have written with Leonardo as soon as i had trouble figuring something out, and he has been fast and helpfull in solving all of our questions!

Best app I've found for creating quizzes. Using it for a sizing quiz and a sales generating quiz. UI is done really well, very intuitive, and customer support has been excellent (Mark and Leonardo thank you!). Highly recommend if you need any sort of quiz!

While we are just starting to implement this app, the support has been incredible! Reading other low reviews about customer service I have to say we had a totally different experience so hopefully this issue has now been sorted. The customer support team went above and beyond to try and help us find a solution to our problem and responded really quickly. The only issue is I don't think it's possible for the app to do what we need which is why we've scored so low as it feels like this should be quite a fundamental feature for a lot of stores. We wanted to have 3 quizzes all pointing towards a database via an automation. Quiz 1 was fine, but if the same user takes Quiz 1 followed by Quiz 2, it won't let you export the Quiz 2 data unless they are using the same browser. So if a user takes Quiz 1 on their mobile & Quiz 2 later on another device, you can't access the data for Quiz 2 - only the first quiz they submitted. If you only want 1 quiz as a product recommendation option it's probably a great tool and the dashboard is super clean and easy to use. But if you're looking to use multiple quizzes or have integrations into third party apps it's unfortunately not possible at the moment.

New to the app but everything seems excellent and the customisation options are better than i expected. The support staff are always on hand and have sorted any questions I had. Leonardo has been my main point of contact and he has been majesterial.

So far so good! Resources & support have been outstanding so far with Octane. Leonardo's been very helpful on both Zoom calls we've had - answering all my questions and giving pointers to help us get off on the right foot.

It is a really nice little app. You can collect some first party data, but also use it to streamline customers to the right products and much more. Great backend, all really intuitive. The support is very good also, always quick to reply and most issues are well documented in their help center. Shout out to Leonardo from their support team, he helped me a lot.

Love that this quiz integrates so seamlessly with Klaviyo. Makes it easy to segment my customers after they've taken my quiz. I've had a couple support issues come up, but Mark has helped get me back up and running.

The quiz itself has been a game changer for my business. I've also been able to see Octane continue developing allowing a lot of customization. I've worked in Martech for nearly 6 years, so this type of personalization isn't a one-click implementation, but Octane makes specific segmentation achievable. Shoutout to Leonardo helping me with an integration challenge on a holiday too. Was resolved within an hour.

Great app. We use it to build a new sales funnel via quizzes. Very user-friendly interface and flexible settings. Excellent level of customer service! Leonardo quickly responded and politely answered all questions, even recorded an explanatory video :)

Leo was amazing! After 10 hours cracking through the logic and to no avail - a call with him on zoom sorted all of it out. Shaved off 4 hours of time that I would've spent and we can launch our octane quiz today. I do wish I have reached out sooner lol! Amazing staff and looking forward to the growth of Octane :D
