One of the Best customer support team, they solved all my queries without any challenge, honestly, the kind of support i received , it felt like, i am getting personal assistance and someone on other side is working for my company. Great support and quick fixes! We were using Orichi Discount Limit for our B2B shop and ran into a small issue where customers were able to bypass our minimum order quantity by refreshing the page. I contacted the support team and was really impressed with how quickly they responded. Anne and Alvin were both very helpful. They asked for the necessary authorisations and got straight to work. Even when we had a strange problem with our account authorisations, they stayed on the ball and took care of the solution. The issue was quickly resolved and they made sure everything was working perfectly before finalising the project. To be honest, the support we received was excellent. Can not set a minimum order limit on the Free Plan.

Free Plan/ tier 1 is amazing very light App takes less space in product page easy to undersand. Tier 2 is not beneficial at all. Tier 3 is good
