We have a very difficult requirement for our store (multiple different bulk discounts per product and item quantity). We tried several apps to work with our smart cart, nothing worked, then we found the Orichi app. They are everything we need. The discounts work accordingly, and we could even add text of how much you save to encourage customers to buy more. Their support is by far the best I have ever experienced. We needed many requirements and solutions. Jordan (best support person I ever dealt with) is there non-stop for me, even helping me all weekend and basically 24/7, almost felt like someone on our own team. I cannot recommend them enough, not only about the functionalities but also their stellar customer service which is excellent and the best I have experienced from any app developer from Shopify. Highly recommended!

Garbage app and shit customer support, avoid this app. Due to my store having multiple currencies the app gave a customer over 60% discount instead of 25% which made me lose significant money on the order. I later talked to their customer service and was told that they will be able to return my money so I have fulfilled the order, and after that, they refused to refund anything. Their incompatibility with multiple payment currencies wasn't clearly stated anywhere in the app and they only stated this in the app after my issue and after refusing to refund the lost funds. Overall had a very negative experience with this app and the support team and wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Good and quick support. I needed both limiting order quantity and discount so I like this app that I can do both in one.

Chanced on this app and decided to give it a go but wow was i impressed with the speed of the replies and the help given, especially from Anna from Orichi. I had recieved the help and was just fumbling around when i was stumbled upon another problem, she initiated the help and i was immediately assisted whilst i was struggling to solve it on my own. Very impressive and i definitely recommend it, i just need it for simple order limits but the service was definitely impressive.

This App has solved one of the major problems of Minimum Quantity plus the developers have supported us with incredible development hours. They have taken care proactively to make sure that the App is installed correctly and everything is as per our branding. Overall extremely satisfied with the App and should consider if you are looking for simple solutions for complex problems. Jordan was 5* with his help.

Working great so far.....Shopify POS integration would be a great addition. Help chat has been super handy and good at getting problems sorted fast.

We´re using this app to give discounted prices based on quantity, but only to customers with a specific tag (f.ex wholesale customers). The pricing table gives a nice overview, and its easy to customize the look of it. It is also a custom css and JS field! We wanted to have a special placement of the pricing table and reached out to support. Jordan helped us out straight away, no fuzz, friendly and professional! Great app with lots of features, the best support available!

It's a very nice app, works well, everything is editable to your own language, and lots of options. The design is also nice. However I had a small inquiry because on my theme the sale price wasn't shown on the general cart page, I reached out and within the same day, they fixed the issue. Very please with that! Would recommend!
