This is a great app. We use it both for quoting and hiding prices on custom products. The support crew are fast to respond, and take care of things promptly.

The app was unstable when I started using it, the application window would dissapear and would not work on any browser (and even incognito). But the issue was fixed by devs (said that they made some integrations which made the app unstable). Also, the manual SMTP connection does not work, triple checked everything, even tried on other SMTP clients, so I know that SMTP credentials are valid, but somehow this app does not connect to it. Really liked this app for its UI, because it has nice desktop UI. But then I tried it on mobile and the product images are very distorted, the table is squeezed and the view just looks bad. This is really a deal-breaker because most of the traffic nowadays is made on mobile. But the support is really nice and helpful. Still, would not pay for this app for now, because it is not yet fully developed. And the prices are the same as in other fully working quoting apps.

Amazing app, I had an issue with a text box covering text and the support team were incredibly helpful and fixed the issue instantly, they also re-sized my product images and moved the quote box to be central on all products for free as a kind gesture which was really kind. I really recommend this app and think it is value for money.

App does not work as promised. Shows potential Retail customers pricing In quote request! and that is not the correct pricing for retail clients! what is the point of hide price if you are going to send them the wrong information. It makes us look bad when I have to explain to them that is not the pricing/

Useful app to replace 'Add to cart' with 'Add to quote'. Offers a lot of customization and easy to use backend. Their 24/7 customer support is responsive and promptly fixes any issues we have.

We have been overall very pleased with getting the Quote Snap to work the way we wanted for our store. We even had to reach out to them for some customization and the were efficient and friendly. We are excited for our customers to use this feature in our store. This app works pretty seamlessly and was fairly easy to customize and implement. We were able to get it to look the way we want and function the way we wanted. We even customized the color scheme and look of the forms received by both the customer and admin users. Overall very happy.
