I installed the app after a website revamp, everything ok until few days ago that the bar would pop up to me, I sent an enquiry and they basically sent an automated e-mail saying they were too busy with more than 100k users and that I should go to the help centre to find my answers.

Yet to use the app to provide a review. Shouldn't you be asking for a review after the app is installed and not during installation?

First of all. This is one of the best apps for cookies. But this is not GDPR. There is no option for decline or custom options for customers. We need it.

It works however a key button does not, "Show banner just for EU countries." Every time I load my shop, doesn't matter what computer or if I’m in incognito or not, the banner shows up, guess where I don't live...

It is so usefull and quick to install. This kind of tools are necessary for all the webs. It is not easy to create this banner for free.

Easy to use and, simply, it works! To be improved I would suggest a basic edition issues for the text (center, aligned, etc). But very good APP!

Intalls quik and is easy to adjust in theme. Good app for so far! Its important to use when the shop runs in Europe. I rate this app with 5 stars so that would say enhough I think.
