Wow! This Product Reviews App has all THE bells and whistles you need. I'm extremely impressed with its features, interface, and options. It's the full package! Went smoothly till i tried to transfer my shopify reviews, spreadsheet would not work even in their format. Customer service didnt have a clue. Considering the whole function of the app is to allow import of shopify reviews it failed tremendously and was just a waste of time, dont understand how it takes someone this amount of time to solve something like this when this is the sole purpose of the app EDIT: MAG reached out and tried to resolve the issue, unfortunately i had already found a different app to use. Its a pity as Ashu was a credit to mag, unfortunately the first person I dealt with was out of their depth

What a wonderful team to chat to for support. I gave them my issue and even though they had to take it to the technical team and it took time and effort and they should have charged me money - they did it all for free. Thank you so much for putting in all that effort and for making my website a much better one. I really appreciate everything you have done for me.

Not only is this app exactly what I needed, their support line is AWESOME. Ashu really does care about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure things look and run smoothly. I wanted an app that I could install and never have to worry about it again. This is definitely it.

It is a great app! The customer support in their live chat is almost immediate. They make valuable edits on the store's behalf and have a solution to all your problems.

The App works perfect for reviews, and I had a problem uploading a review .cvs file and the support was able to help me perfectly and quickly. My thanks to them. And I would recommend this app to anyone who has a store.

I transitioned from the judge.me app because it didn't offer the options Product Reviews does. The support team was helpful and everything works perfectly.

most helpful people, excellent customer service even for a free app. they really want to make the app useful on the website. Update: I needed to extend the length of the review body count, and the developer has been incredibly helpful. While we need to keep the characters in the backend concise, the frontend has more flexibility to accommodate. Thanks again for your assistance.

The best app for reviews! I love everything about it. It's easy to use and looks super professional. The support is also top-notch! I had a small issue after updating and contacted them via email. Chirag Rawal answered in a minute or so and fixed everything for me in no time. Highly recommended!

Good support, still misses bulk editing, and filtering by product. Also lacks the fact of adding via csv pictures or user profile picture.

We encountered some issues installing the app, however the team were on it straight away through the quick chat feature. We're looking forward to using the app.

Staff are somewhat hard to get in touch with on this app but they came through in the end with helping me to troubleshoot my issue and were also polite through a frustrating experience.

Very good customer service. Great app!

It is a decent app. I just installed it. Looking forward to seeing how it helps with conversions. However it would have been nice if the all review app for the front page were a slider. The current format is a bit messy, I had to disable it. By messy, i don't mean the design but it appears unevenly on the frontpage. My solution was to diable it and only use it in the product page, which looks quite cool.
