Very good app, easy to use and the customer support is very helpful.

This app allows free comment uploads, and you can upload new comments every month, which is very convenient.

Customer service is awful, the worst I have ever had, it is impossible to get any answers when you have an issue. I would highly suggest choosing a different App. The Chat app says they are available, But I have been trying to talk to someone now for over 2 weeks. I am now looking to change to a better App. UPDATE!!!!! The App is now working, we had a few more glitches and server issues, but the team have been in touch and resolved the issues. Hopefully it will run as expected from now on. Much improved customer service has resulted in my more favourable review.

Wonderful app. It is easy to use and the design options to match the widget to Branding is awesome. The All Reviews widget is a nice option to engage customers too. The support is awesome and replied within 1 minute for me.

I wanted to send a request review to customers only 2 months after the purchase and this featured was updated after the first contact with the app customer support. I am glad I am using this app.

It is easy to use, but the support services are very poor and extra fees are required for developments, which is not acceptable. Also, the application visual areas are not sufficient.
