This is the upsell cart app I have been looking for! 5 Stars! I tried other upsell apps but none let me run multiple promotions in cart with Free Shipping & Gift With Purchase like Monster Upsell. So great being able to incentivise customers to keep spending more for additional rewards. Fully customisable and the customer service team went above and beyond to help get me set up. Highly recommend if you are looking to increase AOV and conversion with promotions.

This app has HANDS DOWN the best customer support I have ever experienced in my entire life. The freaking owner of the company got on the live chat with me at 11:30PM to help me edit my HTML. And we bro'd down. I have a cheeky little feeling this app will help me generate an extra 20-30% AOV MINIMUM. TL;DR: Great customer service. Upsell Rate in Cart is between 15%-17%. This app is an absolute game changer. Not only in terms of design and functionality - much more so from the customer support side. No matter what problem I had, I was always helped in maximum 2 days. Even if I had a problem on a Sunday (!), I was contacted within an hour. The app works flawlessly, and was minimally customized according to my wishes. My upsell rate (in cart) is about 15% which is almost twice as high as comparable apps. I can recommend this app without reservation and thank Raneen and Charlene warmly at this point for their constant support.

2022 Update: I just came back here quickly to say that the support team is still off charts incredible, the app gets better with every update, and I'm still Monster's #1 fan. That is all. Okay - FIRST OF ALL. The customer service provided by Ty is absolutely wild ya'll. I received a response in .000007 seconds (on Valentine's Day!) with an immediate answer to my question. The app has resulted in so many upsells for my business (The Eden Planner) that I've completely sold out of one of my product lines. And the team are constantly working to take on all feedback, improve the app, and add features - all of which they keep you updated on via the MOST informative and LEAST annoying e-newsletter of. all. time. If I could program all customer service bots to be exactly like any human, it would be Ty from Monster Upsells. Great app for upselling! works wonders! We have been looking for an app that can upsell in a cart that also looks beautiful. There are lots of options out there but this app has a free plan, super user friendly and has a great design.
