uninstalled this app and was billed for it a month later. I cant find who I need to talk to about this. Sick an tired of having to have an app to do anything within my store. Every time I turn around it some bs I have to deal with.

Well, I'm a tech idiot and can't figure out how to make it work, but luckily I can pay their customer service team to do it for me! I've been lucky enough to work with Daniel. He is amazing. A real life saver. I love the product though. It makes Shopify and Infinite Options do what we need it to do. And MESA simplifies the process to collect the data I need through thousands of transactions. I'm just so glad we found MESA. Thanks so much for the feedback! We just needed this app for a very, very simple function - to pass one line of data per order. In the space of a month the app automatically upgraded us from $12 Basic plan to $99 per month for the simplest of tasks that turns out, we were being charged per order at our store and the app considered each order 'a task'. It's totally overpriced. Perhaps if you're going to be using multiple functions it's worth the $$$. But, if you're a high-volume store that just needs a tiny portion of the app's functionality, then it's crazy expensive due to its per order pricing model.

Amazing app - I am no coding expert by any means but the functionality is very user friendly and if you have any problems the team is SO hopeful. I'm based in Aus, so the time difference can be tricky but both Abby and Jordin were able to assist with a flow I'd spent far too long trying to figure out and then went above and beyond by duplicating for our necessary locations. The other aspect I love about MESA that makes it far more advantageous than ShopifyFlow, is the ability to test your workflow time and time again before going live. Thank you for sharing! Amazing app, that basically takes Shopify flow idea to the next level, with a very simple graphical interface and a ton of functionality. Jordin was able to help me promptly with more advance setups. MESA has allowed me to create some very complex flows. Piecing together the logic is a lot like solving a puzzle. I've been stuck a few times, and their support team is amazing, staying with me on chat until we answered the question together. Highly Recommended!
