Upgraded to the top package which is expensive only been using it a couple of weeks and I have lost 3 days of business emails due broadcast functionality hanging when duplicating and editing broadcasts. I logged a ticket for help and no response yet so still cannot send broadcasts. They have about 3 hours left to give me support before I remove the app as I am not paying a monthly subscription for this poor level of support. They said they fixed it and then it happened again about 8 hours later. Has this app been tested? Now I will remove the app. Thanks

I was looking for an app that would help me integrate with my Mailchimp account through my Shopify website. This app was very easy to set up, looks great, with plenty of great features, and so far is working well.

5 Stars for ease of setup. I will review again after I see how it works. Hopefully, the rating will remain 5 STARS..THANKS

Unable to upload images. Support not working. Tried Chrome and Safari. Will check back and update later when fixed!

I started growing my email subscribers and this app was a huge help following up on leads and creating conversions.

We added this app to our website to obtain email addresses for newsletters. Would be nice if the app had newsletter templates that you could just click on and update with your unique information and then send. I am not sure exactly how to get the emails to populate to a newsletter app. It is still a learning process.

65.00 a month!! For what?? Not happy with the charges or service. Want my money back. Please contact me and help take care of this problem! I did not agree to pay that much and that's not what the services offered say. You way overcharged us!

wow, Very easy to set up and already working for us! I wish everything about setting up our new website was this simple!

I used this and paid for a few weeks. Don't use this! There are much better options with way better pricing models. Don't use this especially if you don't have a paying customer base. They expect you to be able to fork over $30 a month even when you have 0 subscribers. That's if you want to use all the features that is. Even if you do have all the features, it is not a very intuitive interface. Long story short, just don't bother until they fix their pricing model. They should wait till you get a certain number of subscribers before you have to pay. Show you that they actually provide value to you before you pay.

So far so good. We will see how this attracts future customers and how the customer response is to this.

I used this app to create a popup ad for new subscribers. The process was easy and I loved the design but I rated the app a 4 because I can not get it to activate on my site and I can not find any assistance with getting it to work.

While I am learning as I go, I feel MailChimp is pretty easy to use. While there are still many features I need to learn, I am very happy about it being simple and not complicated.

I just set up my account and designed a pop-up and a landing page. It is user-friendly. I'm pretty satisfied so far.

I'm still learning but so far so good. I did battle to find how to e-mail customer support but eventually came right.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up my email list! I only wish I could use my shopify redirect for my email address :-(

It helps a lot with organization! The app is very easy, simple to use, and user friendly which is extremely helpful.
